Now available for the CD-PRO adapter kit, a JDM alternative to the TILTON or ACT options that we offer! Featuring the TR2CD twin plate clutch with sprung discs, the OS clutch offers much better drivability than the TILTON yet still holds 800lb/ft of torque! This kit is specially made for us by OS-Giken and is guaranteed to work every time.
This is a complete setup including flywheel so you will have to select "OS Giken" from the CD-PRO drop down menu.
Details
- The [TR2CD] - TR Twin Plate Clutch series line-up was designed for vehicles which have substantial increases in engine power.
- The billet aluminum cover provides a more direct clutch pedal feel, but still maintains ease of engagement due to the unique leverage mechanism of the diaphragm spring to reduce overall pedal effort.
- The TR2CD was designed with high power Turbocharged engines in mind. This type of clutch caters toward the heavily modified engines.
- The dampened hub clutch discs are 215mm in size and are good up to about 800lbs ft of torque reliably.
- The aluminum cover allows for higher clamping force (increased capacity) and will handle the hard abuse often found at the track.

General Shipments - We currently ship 3-4 times a week with our Economy shipping option (USPS), and every weekday with our Standard and Expedited shipping options (DHL, UPS). If an order is placed on Friday or on the weekend, it will be processed and shipped out likely on Monday or Tuesday. However, this is fully circumstantial on product stock and backorder timeline.
How long does shipping generally take? - Depending on where you are located, shipping can range from 1 day to 30+ days. Shipping within the United States and Canada is generally 1 to 3 days Expedited, 2 to 4 days Standard, and 4 to 7 days with our Economy shipping option. Shipping elsewhere to say Europe or Australia is generally 5 to 7 days Expedited, 7 to 10 days Standard, and 16 to 30 days with the Economy shipping option.
