Shipping policy

- All orders placed shipping into the U.S. specifically will be shipped DDP, meaning all duties/taxes are paid for upfront

- Shipments are picked up daily Monday - Friday
- Order processing may take up to three business days.
- Orders placed Friday after noon PST won't ship until late Monday at the earliest. 
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. 
- Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an separate email with your tracking information.
