About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and hardworking Shipping & Logistics Assistant to join the
SERIALNINE team. This role is vital to ensuring our products are shipped correctly, efficiently, and with
the level of care our customers expect. You’ll work closely with your production and fulfillment
coworkers to make sure orders leave our doors accurately packed and on time.

Key Responsibilities
• Add incoming orders to the shipping sheet for fulfillment.
• Create shipping labels using provided weights and dimensions.
• Ensure customers receive tracking numbers promptly after shipping.
• Verify order accuracy using the “Shipping List” check order numbers, quantities, and part
numbers.
• Quality check products before packing to ensure accuracy and condition.
• Safely and securely pack all outgoing shipments using foam, cushioning, or other protective
materials.
• Properly label packages and confirm all peripherals (stickers, instructions, hardware, etc.) are
included.
• Check stock levels to confirm parts are available for shipment; coordinate with the assembler if
stock is low.
• Receive inbound shipments and document them correctly.
• Pull sample parts for quality control checks.
• Maintain cleanliness in the shipping area: take out garbage and cardboard, sweep floors, and
keep the space tidy.

Qualifications & Skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks; experience with Google Sheets is preferred.
• Able to lift and handle packages; physically capable of warehouse type tasks.
• Can work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Prior experience in shipping, warehousing, or logistics is a plus, but not required.
• Must be proactive, quick to learn, and able to multitask.
• Car knowledge is helpful, but not mandatory.
• Ability to hustle. We need someone who moves with purpose.
